Job summary

Blue Oak Dental in Roseville, CA seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients, schedule, answer questions, present treatment plans, and collect payments. The PCC supports smooth office flow and timely care across full patient cycles.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a dental front office, strong computer skills (Denticon a plus), and reliable transportation. Both full-time and part-time roles available to support patient care.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a dental environment.
• Computer literacy required; Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual helpful, but not required.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs of services preferred.
• Insurance billing experience a plus.
• Customer service experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments, answer patients' questions, present treatment plans and collect payments.
• Lead patients from initial diagnosis to treatment acceptance to ensure timely care.

Whether scheduling appointments, answering patient's questions, presenting treatment plans and/or collecting payments, the PCC plays an important role on the team by making sure the office flows smoothly and patients are seen and cared for in a timely manner.

At Blue Oak Dental, our Treatment Coordinators manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. From the first appointment to the last, our Treatment Coordinators lead patients to a happy and healthy smile!

Pay Information:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour/DOE
