Responsibilities include coordinating insurance details, scheduling, patient communications, and HIPAA-compliant handling of information. Previous oral surgery exposure is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service experience required.
• Medical or dental experience preferred.

Treatment Coordinator

Full-Time | Paramus | This is an in-office position.

We are an elite oral surgery practice that is committed to exceptional care for our patients and first-class service to our referring doctors.We are growing and seeking a confident, compassionate, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to play a key role in connecting our clinical expertise with an outstanding patient experience. In this position, you’ll serve as a trusted resource for patients—helping them understand their treatment plans, guiding them through financial options, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
