Gentle Dental in Washington is hiring Treatment Coordinators to guide patients from initial diagnosis through treatment acceptance. You will communicate financial options and help patients understand costs of services, facilitating a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience a plus.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and explaining costs of services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients through full treatment cycle from diagnosis to acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients to understanding and agreement of recommended care.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinating scheduling as needed.

At Gentle Dental, ourTreatment Coordinatorsmanage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. From the first appointment to the last, our Treatment Coordinators lead patients to a happy and healthy smile!
