Coastal Kids Dental and Braces - Hanahan is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator who blends front office efficiency with clinical assisting skills to support pediatric patients. You will help families understand treatment options, schedule visits, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a busy practice.

The ideal candidate brings dental experience, excellent communication, and a collaborative spirit, with a passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care to children.

Qualifications

• Experience presenting financial treatment plans to patients.
• Experience with dental insurance processes is preferred.
• Front office and clinical dental assisting experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with patients and families.
• Ability to multi-task, take direction, and stay flexible in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Present financial treatment plans to patients.
• Coordinate front office tasks and assist clinically when needed.
• Support scheduling and patient flow to ensure smooth daily operations.

Our ideal Treatment Coordinator has both front office and clinical dental assisting experience.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 715a - 430p and 2nd Sat each month 8a - 12p
