D4C DENTAL BRANDS, INC. is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our team. You will help patients understand treatment options, explain insurance benefits, and support both front office and clinical dental assisting duties in a fast-paced pediatric-focused practice.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, multi-tasking ability, and a commitment to high-quality care. Travel between offices may be required; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required.
• Associates degree in Business or equivalent is preferred.
• X-ray certification is preferred, but may be obtained through the Company.
• Bilingual is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Present financial treatment plans to patients.
• Coordinate front office and clinical dental assisting tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth patient flow and care quality.
• Maintain positive relations with patients and staff.

Requirements

Education/Credentials

• A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required.

Job-related Experience

• Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired for at least three (3) years.
