D4C Dental is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our pediatric-focused team in Georgia. You will present treatment plans, coordinate benefits with insurance providers, and ensure exceptional patient service while supporting both front and back office operations.

The ideal candidate has dental office experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude for professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in a professional medical or dental environment with direct customer service is desirable.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel is beneficial.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Present financial treatment plans to patients and explain options.
• Coordinate with dental insurance providers and verify benefits.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain patient relationships.
• Support the front and back office, ensuring smooth clinic operations.
• Travel between assigned offices as needed and participate in staff meetings.

Education/Credentials:

• A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required.
• Associates degree in Business or equivalent is preferred.
• Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
• X-ray certification is preferred, but may obtained through the Company.

Job-related experience:

• Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired for at least three (3) years.
