Job summary

River Run Dental Spa in Colonial Heights, VA, seeks a friendly front desk professional to join our patient-centric team. You will manage scheduling, verify insurance, and enter data into dental software while providing excellent service at every visit.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in a dental front office. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental software is preferred, with opportunities for growth and strong employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.
• Schedules and confirms patient appointments.
• Verifies insurance for all clinical appointments.
• Enters information on dental software in patient accounts.
• Ensures and reviews entire patient account for complete and accurate information.
• Collects all monies due for services rendered.
• Develops and maintains doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth.
• Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
• Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.

At River Run Dental Spa in Colonial Heights, VA, our team of dentists and hygienists do everything from dental cleanings to crowns to dentures to tooth extractions. Together we diagnose, treat, and manage our patients’ overall oral healthcare needs. We focus on preventing oral disease whenever possible and pride ourselves on quality routine dental care.
