This role involves educating new patients about treatment options, working out financial arrangements, and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities include:

1. Presenting orthodontic treatment plans and educating patients
2. Explaining payment options and practice policies
3. Following up with potential patients and scheduling treatments
4. Preparing for patient exams
5. Coordinating referrals to specialists
6. Assisting in local marketing and community events
