Job summary

CarolinasDentist in Cary, NC is seeking an energetic front office team member to educate, consult and present patient treatment plans, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and enter patient data in our dental software. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years front office experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.
• Schedules and confirms patient appointments.
• Verifies insurance for all clinical appointments.
• Enters information on dental software in patient accounts.
• Ensures and reviews entire patient account for complete and accurate information.
• Collects all monies due for services rendered.
• Develops and maintains doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth.
• Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
• Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.
