Absolute Dental in Carson City and Minden is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our largest Nevada dental network. This front-office role directly supports patient trust, case acceptance, and office success, with responsibilities around treatment plans, insurance explanations, and financial discussions.

Treatment Coordinator

This is a key front office role that directly impacts patient trust, case acceptance, and overall office success

Responsibilities

• Review and clearly present treatment plans
• Explain insurance coverage and financial responsibilities
• Discuss payment options confidently with patients
• Coordinate scheduling and support smooth office flow
• Ensure patients feel informed, supported, and comfortable moving forward with care

Pay

• $20 – $24 per hour (DOE)

What We’re Looking For

• Dental front office experience required
• Experience with treatment planning and dental insurance
• Comfortable discussing financial arrangements
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
