Absolute Dental is hiring Front Desk Receptionists for locations across Northern Nevada, including Reno, Sparks, Carson City and more. As the first point of contact, you’ll greet patients, schedule appointments, handle paperwork, verify insurance and answer questions to keep the office running smoothly.

We value customer service, organization, and clear communication. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and experience in dental or medical front office is preferred.

About This Opportunity

Front Desk Receptionist

As the first point of contact for our patients, you help create a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door. This role is essential to patient satisfaction, office flow, and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients professionally and warmly
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Manage patient paperwork and office systems
• Assist with insurance verification and basic billing questions
• Keep the front office organized, efficient, and patient-focused
• Support smooth day-to-day office operations

We're Looking For

Some roles may require occasional travel between nearby Northern Nevada offices.

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $15-$17/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
