Gentle Dental is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to manage patients from diagnosis through treatment acceptance, explaining options and costs, and guiding them to a happy, healthy smile. You will coordinate scheduling and payments to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical/dental environment preferred.
• Computer literate; experience with QSI or Denticon is a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and discussing costs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and options to patients based on proposed treatment.
• Coordinate scheduling, payments, and follow-ups to ensure patient satisfaction.

At Gentle Dental, ourTreatment Coordinatorsmanage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. From the first appointment to the last, our Treatment Coordinators lead patients to a happy and healthy smile!

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.


• Computer literate a must (QSI/Denticon experience is a plus).


• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Pay Range

• $22.00 - $25.00 per hour/DOE
