Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to oversee a therapy center’s operations and financial performance while managing a full patient caseload. You will supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth through local marketing to referral sources.

This position requires graduation from an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program, current state licensure, CPR certification, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving abilities.
• Basic proficiency with Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations.
• Oversee center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
