The role requires supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high-quality clinical care.

The position reports to the Manager of Clinical Operations or Clinical Operations Director and includes incentives, a yearly bonus, and development support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and basic proficiency with Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations.
• Oversee center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
