The ideal candidate holds a PT or OT degree, current state licensure, CPR certification, and demonstrates strong leadership with proficiency in Windows-based systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Provide high-quality clinical evaluation and treatment with thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee clinic maintenance, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
