You will supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, ensure regulatory compliance, and grow referrals through local marketing strategies.

This full-time role requires a graduate from an accredited PT/OT program, active licensure, CPR certification, and strong leadership with proficient Windows-based systems for

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher education in Physical or Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as PT or OT and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems for documentation and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations.
• Oversee center profitability, budgeting, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and provide high-quality clinical care; ensure thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Manage clinic facilities including cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
