You will grow center volume through local marketing to referral sources, supervise clinicians, manage budgets, and maintain high standards of patient care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and basic proficiency in Windows-based systems.

• Oversee center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients; ensure high-quality care and thorough documentation.

• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.

Job Summary

Manage therapy center operations and financial performance while treating a full patient caseload. This role includes overseeing center staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving growth through local marketing to referral sources.
