Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to oversee daily operations of a busy therapy center in California.

You will manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth through local marketing and strong referrals. This full-time role combines clinical leadership with business acumen, including profitability, budgeting, documentation, and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Lead Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.

Job Summary

Manage therapy center operations and financial performance while treating a full patient caseload. This role includes overseeing center staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving growth through local marketing to referral sources.
