Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to oversee a therapy center's operations and financial performance while treating a full caseload.

You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive local growth through marketing to referral sources, with incentives and development support. The role is full-time in the Livermore area.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program with state licensure.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and Windows-based systems proficiency.

• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, Medicare standards and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration and supply ordering.

Job Summary

Manage therapy center operations and financial performance while treating a full patient caseload. This role includes overseeing center staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving growth through local marketing to referral sources.
