Job summary

Iten Industries, Inc. is seeking a motivated Treater Operator for 1st shift (7:00am–3:15pm). You’ll work in a fiberglass environment, perform basic tasks, and learn on-site under supervision.

Employment requires a drug screen and background check, reliability, and a willingness to train on 1st shift before moving to 3rd shift. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills to communicate effectively.
• Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations.
• Experience working in fast pace, high change environment, with limited supervision.
• Willingness to learn; on-site training provided.
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds and not be afraid to get dirty.
• Must be able to train on 1st shift for 2-3 weeks before moving to 3rd shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Abide by Iten’s Code of Conduct.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

• Attendance, reliability and ability to pass a drug screen and background check are a must!
