Job Description Summary

Iten Industries is looking for a self-motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Treater Operator on 1st shift. If you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and are punctual and reliable, Iten wants you to become part of the team!

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math and measurements;
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills to communicate effectively;
• Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations;
• Experience working in fast pace, high change environment, with limited supervision;
• Willingness to learn; on-site training provided;
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds and not be afraid to get dirty.
• Must be able to train on 1st shift for 2-3 weeks before moving to 3rd shift
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Abide by Iten’s Code of Conduct.
• Other duties as may be assigned.
• Will be working with Fiberglass
• Attendance, reliability and ability to pass a drug screen and background check are a must!

1st shift 0700am-315pm

Monday-Friday
