Job summary

Primary Services is seeking a Corporate Treasury Analyst to administer a global asset-backed securitization program and support corporate financing, cash management, and risk activities. You will work with treasury leadership and international stakeholders to strengthen liquidity management and financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Banking, Financial Operations, or related field.
• Understanding of corporate treasury operations, cash management, liquidity reporting, and financial instruments.
• Experience analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and reconciling large datasets.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including financial analysis, formulas, and data reconciliation.
• Familiarity with accounts receivable financing, securitization, structured finance, or working capital analysis preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Coupa Treasury (TM5), TIS, Power BI, or similar financial systems preferred.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange exposure, hedging transactions, or corporate financing activities preferred.
• Experience with treasury reporting, financial controls, and audit documentation.
• Exposure to treasury technology implementations, process automation, or system enhancements preferred.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily administration of a global asset-backed securitization (ABS) program, including funding activities and compliance monitoring.
• Prepare weekly and monthly ABS reports, borrowing base calculations, and supporting financial documentation.
• Analyze receivables eligibility, concentration limits, dilution rates, collections, and program utilization.
• Coordinate reporting requests and financial documentation with banking partners, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support external financing transactions and monitor intercompany financing arrangements.
• Monitor foreign exchange exposures and execute hedging transactions in accordance with established policies.
• Assist with daily cash positioning, liquidity reporting, and payment processing.
• Maintain treasury data and workflows using SAP, Coupa, TIS, and banking platforms.
• Support treasury system enhancements, automation initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
• Analyze working capital trends, financial data, and treasury performance metrics.
• Assist with bank account administration, KYC documentation, and financial controls.
• Prepare treasury reports and documentation for month-end, quarter-end, year-end, and audit activities.
