Qualifications

• Five years of experience in cash/debt management or finance.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, investments, and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash management, banking activity, merchant services, and collateral compliance.
• Review and manage investment activity to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead preparation of cash flow forecasting, daily cash position reporting, and wire/ACH transactions.
• Support debt portfolio administration, including payments, reporting, and compliance.
• Review and approve financial schedules and reports for the ACFR, audits, and budget development.
• Select, train, mentor, and evaluate staff.
