Job summary

The Vice President, Treasury at Hamilton Lane Advisors, LLC will lead treasury, liquidity, and fund‑finance activities across investment funds and accounts. You will oversee banking relationships, drive cash management and forecasting, and partner with senior stakeholders to optimize capital efficiency while ensuring control and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 8+ years in treasury, fund finance, cash management, or corporate finance within asset management or private markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of treasury, cash, and fund finance supporting funds, accounts, and corporate needs.
• Oversee funding, cash investments, and asset/liability forecasting to ensure liquidity.
• Manage banking relationships and negotiate terms with lenders.
• Coordinate banking arrangements across clients and investment vehicles.
• Oversee facilities and covenant tracking, drawdowns and repayments.
• Develop treasury policies, controls and reporting for audit readiness.
