Job summary

Hamilton Lane is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Treasury team, supporting cash management, investment execution, and evergreen fund operations. You will coordinate liquidity, FX, and wire payments, while collaborating with Fund Accounting and deal teams to meet deadlines.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in treasury or investment operations, a Bachelor's degree, strong Excel skills, and proven accuracy in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in treasury, finance or investment operations.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S., or B.B.A.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively.
• High attention to detail and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Cash Management for Open Ended & Closed Ended Funds; review liquidity files and participate in cash meetings.
• Coordinate subscription and redemption movements with Transfer Agents, Evergreen Ops, and Fund Accounting.
• Manage monthly FX transactions and quarterly hedge settlements with banking partners.
• Collaborate with Fund Accounting to recommend capital calls, distributions, and line of credit draws.
• Support bank account administration for evergreen funds.
• Monitor investment execution emails and ensure timely funding before deal deadlines.
• Provide Fed reference numbers to deal teams and legal promptly.
• Maintain real-time updates in the deal tracker software.
• Enter wire instructions and set up payees; confirm wire setup in the TMS.
• Assist with Ad Hoc projects and tasks as needed.
