Job summary

NSF is seeking an Associate Director, Treasury in the United States to lead treasury strategy, liquidity management, risk governance, and transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with senior leadership to optimize cash, forecast cash flow, manage FX and interest rate risk, and drive global treasury improvements across platforms and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive Treasury, Corporate Finance, Cash Management, or related experience.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading FX hedging, interest rate risk management, banking optimization, and liquidity management initiatives.
• Experience leading treasury transformation projects and treasury technology implementations.
• Strong knowledge of global cash management, working capital, banking structures, and treasury operations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and lead complex cross‑functional projects.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute treasury strategies that support liquidity, capital structure, and cash management objectives.
• Lead Global cash flow forecasting processes (13 week and full year) and drive enhancements to forecasting accuracy and visibility.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve working capital performance and cash utilization.
• Monitor liquidity trends and provide strategic recommendations to Finance leadership.
• Lead treasury transformation initiatives focused on process efficiency, automation, standardization, and scalability.
• Direct treasury workstation evaluation, selection, implementation, and optimization efforts.
• Establish best practices and governance frameworks across treasury activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen treasury operations and controls.
• Lead bank account rationalization and banking structure optimization initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement cash pooling and liquidity concentration opportunities.
• Conduct trapped cash assessments and develop strategies to improve cash accessibility globally.
• Partner with banking institutions to support Treasury objectives and strategic initiatives.
