Job description

The Associate Director, Treasury is a strategic finance leader responsible for advancing the organization's treasury capabilities and supporting enterprise financial objectives. This role partners with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies related to treasury operations, liquidity management, cash optimization, financial risk management, banking relationships, and transformation initiatives. The Associate Director leads cross-functional efforts to improve treasury processes, enhance financial flexibility, strengthen governance, and create scalable solutions that support the organization's growth and evolving business needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive Treasury, Corporate Finance, Cash Management, or related experience.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading FX hedging, interest rate risk management, banking optimization, and liquidity management initiatives.
• Experience leading treasury transformation projects and treasury technology implementations.
• Strong knowledge of global cash management, working capital, banking structures, and treasury operations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and lead complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and treasury workstation implementations.
• Experience leading cash pooling, trapped cash reduction, or global bank rationalization initiatives.
• Experience in multinational organizations with complex treasury structures.
• Experience supporting M&A transactions, integrations, and treasury transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Hubble, Planful, Spotlight, or similar finance and treasury platforms.
