Job summary

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company is seeking a Staff Accountant, Treasury to support cash management, banking operations, merchant processing, and treasury functions. This role ensures accurate cash accounting, aids liquidity forecasting, and upholds internal controls.

As a full-time, on-site position in Hershey, PA, you will collaborate with Finance, Accounting and external partners to optimize cash flow and protect company assets, with benefits starting after the first month.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances and prepare reconciliations.
• Initiate, process, and record wire transfers, ACH payments, and other treasury transactions.
• Support cash flow forecasting and variance analysis to ensure liquidity.
• Assist with short-term investments and debt obligations.
• Maintain bank account signatories and related documentation.
