The Philadelphia Housing Authority is seeking a Treasury Specialist to support daily cash management, banking operations, treasury reporting, and compliance across PHA and its affiliates.
Under the Treasury Director, you will help maintain strong internal controls, reconcile cash activity, and prepare HUD LOCCS drawdowns and reports. This role is ideal for early-career finance professionals pursuing public-sector treasury, accounting, and regulatory experience.
Under the General Supervision of the Treasury Director, the Treasury Specialist supports daily cash management, banking operations, treasury reporting, and financial compliance across PHA and its affiliates. Reporting to the Director of Treasury, this role plays a key part in ensuring strong internal controls, accurate treasury processing, and alignment with HUD, federal, and state requirements. The salary range for this position is $53,659 - $67,073 annually. Placement at any specific point within the stated range is not guaranteed for any candidate. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills, as well as internal equity and organizational considerations.
