Job summary

Central Bank of the Midwest in Missouri is seeking a proactive Business Solutions Support professional to assist the Business Solutions department’s processes and engage with internal and external customers while delivering legendary service.

You will act as SME for Treasury products, support onboarding, document preparation, and coordination with Level 2, while mentoring teammates and identifying opportunities to provide services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years’ client-facing Treasury/Finance experience.
• Proven success in a business solutions role.
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and time management.
• Knowledge of online banking, wire, ACH, cards, and risk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex information.
• Commitment to Central Bank’s core values.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of support for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales to onboard new products.
• Prepare documents for various departments.
• Facilitate implementation and support of Treasury products.
• Mentor team members as needed.
• Act as SME for Treasury products and systems.
• Coordinate transitions to Level 2 Support as needed.
• Identify opportunities to offer appropriate services and/or products.
• Qualify opportunities before referrals to sales teams.
• Review agreements and onboarding requests for accuracy.
• Monitor departmental reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist or lead on projects as rolled out by management.
