Job summary

Truist is seeking a results-driven Treasury Solutions salesperson in Bethesda, MD, focusing on corporate, commercial real estate, and wealth-adjacent clients. You will drive revenue growth through consultative selling of cash flow and working capital products, building trusted advisor relationships.

You will manage a portfolio, collaborate with bankers and product partners, and deliver strategic client plans while ensuring compliance and accurate sales reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 5 years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services.
• Maintains deep understanding of bank's Working Capital solutions.
• Must have or obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months of entering position.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan, partners with line of business to drive client opportunities and revenue growth.
• Forges relationships with bankers and product partners for strategic client planning.
• Manages a portfolio of TS clients requiring knowledge of banking and working capital concepts.
• Develops relationship plans to identify retention and new client opportunities.
• Provides client working capital services including receivables, payables, reporting and liquidity solutions.
• Escalates issues and risks to leadership; reports sales efforts and revenue accurately.
