Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years cash management or related sales experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• General banking knowledge preferred.
• AAFP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative selling to determine product sets and features for clients.
• Analyze account activity and balances to prepare proposals and close sales.
• Obtain service agreements and required documentation for products.
• Guide implementation with Cash Management/Treasury Solutions Operations.
• Ensure client satisfaction with Cash Management/Treasury services.
• Support retail bank in analyzing deposit relationships.
• Attend district sales manager meetings monthly.
• Follow up on all sales calls.
• Identify opportunities with existing and prospective clients via collaboration with managers and lenders.
• Create monthly sales reports on pipeline, new products, and lost business.
