Job summary

vnbcareers seeks an experienced Treasury Solutions Sales professional in the United States (NJ area) to advise clients including homeowners associations and property management firms. You will assess needs, propose cash management and treasury solutions, and drive sales through consultative selling.

Travel readiness is required, with substantial client meetings and collaboration with bank teams to deliver tailored product sets and support ongoing relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in Treasury Solutions Sales.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's Degree in business-related field preferred.
• AAFP certification preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to business clients, HOAs, and PMCs to deliver a tailored suite of services.
• Assess client needs and identify solutions to meet those needs; communicate needs to support partners.
• Partner with client-facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities and deliver product expertise.
• Ensure client satisfaction by understanding business client, HOA, and PMC needs and advocating for them at the bank.
• Manage overall client satisfaction with regards to Cash Management/Treasury Solutions products/services.
• Assist management in developing new products/services, marketing materials, and sales objectives.
• Use consultative selling to determine best product sets for client requirements.
• Analyze account activity and balances for proposals, generate proposals, present to clients, HOA Boards and PMCs, and close sales.
• Obtain required service agreements and account documentation.
• Manage implementation with Cash Management/Treasury Solutions Operations.
• Support Retail Bank's deposits relationship analysis.
• Travel 75% of the time to visit clients/prospects.
• Attend District Sales Manager meetings monthly; follow-up on sales calls.
• Work with Territory Sales Managers, District Sales Managers and Commercial Lenders on opportunities.
• Attend Commercial Bank Team meetings; follow-up on sales calls; collaborate with Relationship Managers.
• Cover defined Retail Bank Sales Districts and Commercial Bank Sales Territories; attend conferences and network events.
• Assist in developing new cash management/treasury solutions and liaise with vendors.
• Create monthly sales reports showing pipeline, new products, and lost business.
