vnbcareers is seeking a seasoned Treasury Solutions Sales professional in New Jersey to act as trusted advisor to business clients, HOAs, and property management firms. You will identify cash management and treasury solutions, manage relationships, and drive revenue through consultative selling.

Travel up to 60% and collaboration with banking teams is required to deliver tailored product sets and support ongoing client success.

Qualifications

Review and analyze bank statements to map to product sets.
Strong advisory, communication and presentation skills.
Proficient Excel/PowerPoint for proposals and reports.
Deep familiarity with US treasury management products and trends.
Sales and service abilities with client need assessment.
Knowledge of Cash Management product sets and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted advisor to business clients, HOAs, and PMCs for tailored services.
Assess client needs, identify solutions, and communicate with partners.
Consult on sales opportunities and deliver product expertise.
Travel up to 60% to meet clients and prospects.
Develop proposals, present to clients and close sales.
Collaborate with sales teams and lenders on treasury solutions.
Maintain knowledge of competitors' products and pricing.
Create monthly sales reports and support sales objectives.
