Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Chicago seeks a Treasury Services Support Associate to help drive new sales targets and portfolio growth through high-quality implementation requests. You will support Treasury Management Officers, ensure correct billing, and uphold internal controls.

As you gain product knowledge, you will handle simple implementations, join calls for complex ones, and coordinate with Sales and implementation on changes, while contributing to process improvements and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with ability to understand Treasury Services products, pricing, and billing processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to mobilize internal networks and resources.
• Excellent time management, organization, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and strong analytical/quantitative capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise, confirm scope, products, and services.
• Initiate implementation requests for new business with clients.
• Own process for simple implementations.
• Join initial implementation calls for complex implementations to ensure accuracy of requests.
• Coordinate with Sales and implementation on potential client change requests.
• Submit billing information, including billing adjustments.
• Support ad-hoc requests (e.g., billing inquiries).
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance client experience.
• Apply required control procedures.
