Job summary

Sia is seeking a Senior Manager for Treasury Services and Cash Management to lead client engagements across banks, fintechs, and financial services orgs. You will direct strategy, operating models, and end-to-end implementation of treasury and payments transformations.

The role requires deep treasury, cash management, and payments expertise, with a strong consulting and leadership track record. On-site work at client locations and Sia offices is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience across Financial Services, including management consulting and complex implementations.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and leading transformation initiatives from strategy to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Treasury Services & Cash Management expertise for corporate clients (liquidity, cash positioning, wires, ACH, lockbox, receivables, real-time payments, working capital).
• Lead Treasury Services transformation and delivery from strategy through go-live, including assessments, operating model design, data migration, testing.
• Understand treasury platforms and technology, including onboarding workflows, APIs, ISO 20022, SWIFT, NACHA formats, and platforms integration.
• Translate complex treasury concepts into executable business solutions for senior stakeholders.
• Navigate regulatory and risk considerations around treasury services and payments.
• Shape client solutions, roadmaps, business cases, and adoption plans.
• Drive business development through cross-selling and revenue targets.
• Coach and develop multidisciplinary teams and contribute to capability-building.
