Responsibilities

• Performs account analysis of products and customer relationships.
• Assists with developing treasury services business proposals.
• Manages CDARS and IC programs; handles rates, openings, mailings.
• Responds to inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Maintains knowledge of treasury products, services, and procedures.
• Works with sales and implementation teams during product rollout.
• Prepares reports to track services and critical information.
