Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Service, Branch Banking Operations, Lending and/or Deposit Sales or similar field.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of general banking products and services and regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and engage in proactive communication to execute the full client life cycle.
• Promote Bank products through analysis of client patterns and needs; expert advice on treasury management or deposits.
• Own information flow for processes, risk mitigation, and customer service across bank divisions.
• Meet or exceed service levels, cross-selling goals, and compliance requirements.
