Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree highly desired.
• Minimum of six (6) years of working banking experience required, preferably in a related Treasury Management or Retail
• Customer contact skills are essential
• Prior experience in a business development role is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products required
• Demonstrated ability to learn and understand the various product lines and services offered by the Bank and to stay current on all products and services
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation and problem solving
• Demonstrated excellent listening skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned region/state.
