Job summary

You will engage C-suite, lead industry events, advise on payments, liquidity, and eCommerce solutions, and mentor Treasury Analysts while collaborating with execution teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Treasury Sales Officer experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Successful track record in treasury management sales.
• Broad familiarity with global treasury management products and trends.
• Proven business development and relationship management with complex clients.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proven negotiation and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury revenue growth and product penetration within the assigned portfolio.
• Act as a digital ambassador, driving adoption of mobile, digital, and real‑time payments solutions.
• Engage with complex NFP healthcare and private higher education clients as a working capital and financial technology advisor.
• Articulate the healthcare and higher education environment, including regulatory reforms, to C‑suite executives and key client teams.
• Lead speaking engagements and create industry‑focused client events on topics such as innovation, fraud, patient satisfaction, and system integration.
• Advise clients on payment, receipt, liquidity, card, revenue cycle, and eCommerce solutions.
• Drive expansion of Solutions Per Relationship (SPR) through portfolio development, pricing strategy, and proposal responses.
• Identify and evaluate treasury solutions using client‑focused cost/benefit and bank‑focused profitability analyses.
• Maintain a strong client focus while understanding bank operations and product capabilities.
• Lead strategic dialogues on key client issues, leveraging best practices, benchmarking, and industry data analytics.
• Coaches and mentors Treasury Analysts and collaborates with servicing and implementation teams to deliver solutions.
