Job summary

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Truist values focused on client first and one team behaviors.
• Adhere to ethics, risk management culture and policies.
• Develop and maintain partnerships across Wholesale Payments and Enterprise.
• Execute Strategy, Sales, and Operational responsibilities for Treasury, Commercial Card, and Merchant.
• Partner with relationship teams for strategic portfolio planning.
• Prepare pre-call planning materials and lead planning meetings.
• Be the notetaker/active listener during client meetings and support closing.
• Prepare advisory materials including Discovery, Pitch, Demos, Financial Modeling, ROI analyses.
• Schedule post-call debriefs and provide summaries and feedback.
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity and accurate sales pipelines.
• Assist with pricing proformas, disclosures, RFPs, demos, and product knowledge.
• Support a smooth client onboarding journey.
• Define and execute personal and career development plan.
• Mentor peers and new teammates.
• Participate in Wholesale Payments workstreams.
