Job summary

Experis Technology Group is partnering with a leading financial services client in Charlotte, NC to hire a Sr Treasury Product Owner for the Treasury Payments data team. This role focuses on backlog ownership, prioritizing epics/features, and aligning work with business outcomes in a SAFe environment.

You will collaborate with design and delivery teams to ensure clear requirements, support solution architecture, and maintain PI objectives, mapping them to iteration goals while delivering

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Treasury domain experience across DDA, liquidity, payments, receivables, billing, and trade finance.
• Strong banking/treasury value-chain knowledge; translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Proven requirements elicitation, process flow review, and technical/system flow development.
• Experience delivering in Agile, preferably SAFe; participate in PI Planning and Sprint Reviews.
• Strong data skills: SQL, data modeling, metadata management, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Program Backlog for the Treasury Payments data team.
• Identify customer needs, document requirements, and prioritize Epics/Features with value.
• Collaborate with design and delivery teams to support solution architecture and data initiatives.
• Maintain PI objectives from PI Planning and map to iteration goals.
• Create and maintain JIRA boards, user stories, and acceptance criteria; support feature teams.
