You will oversee Treasury and Payments Solutions, guiding growth, product strategy, and stakeholder management for revenue lines, with a team of 3–4 analysts. A results‑driven leader with strong communication will thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• 3+ years of qualitative analysis experience.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• 1+ year of project management experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts.
• Lead product level modeling/analytics and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate across the line of business to deliver against the product strategy.
• Drive improvements in credit performance through risk modeling and analysis.
• Manage multiple projects and programs concurrently.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance to improve quality, volume, and profitability.
• Demonstrate strong executive communication and influence skills.
