Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• 3+ years of qualitative analysis experience.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• 1+ year of project management experience.

• Provide strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability, and competitive advantage for Capital One.
• Own and guide business segments, with possible P&L accountability and short to mid-term planning.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts, coaching across the organization.
