Job summary

BMO Financial Group in Chicago is seeking an Analyst to support the Treasury & Payment Solutions team. You will coordinate onboarding, AML/KYC, and documentation while assisting with pricing, billing, and client reviews.

As a key member of TPS, you will maintain Salesforce records, prepare material for CBRS, and collaborate with Sales Officers and product partners to manage a high-volume client portfolio with accurate, timely deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
CTP designation, progress toward CTP, or other treasury-related certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

Act as day-to-day support partner to Sales Officers and provide responsive support for client and internal partner requests.
Coordinate onboarding activities including AML/KYC, account opening, documentation collection, and service setup.
Prepare pricing proposals, pricing validation, and ensure accurate reflection in client setup and billing.
Maintain accurate Salesforce opportunities, call activity, notes, and pipeline updates.
Identify risks, dependencies, and next steps; communicate proactively to stakeholders.
Support portfolio reports, client trend analysis, and opportunity identification.
