  • Gather and organize information required to advance opportunities through the sales process, including client requirements, product information, implementation details, and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare pre-call planning materials, client and prospect research, pitchbooks, RFP responses, Client Business Reviews (CBRs), and post-meeting follow-up materials.
  • Support client communications regarding product information, pricing, onboarding requirements, implementation status, and service requests, with guidance from the Sales Officer as appropriate.
  • Coordinate internal resources and partners to support sales, onboarding, implementation, and portfolio activities.
  • Provide clear status updates and proactively identify open actions, dependencies, timing risks, and items requiring escalation.
Implementation & Onboarding Support
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including AML/KYC requirements, account opening, documentation collection, implementation requests, and service setup.
  • Prepare and submit implementation and account-opening requests using established systems, procedures, and available job aids.
  • Track implementation milestones and follow up with clients and internal partners on outstanding requirements.
  • Coordinate with Solution Delivery Consultants, documentation teams, product partners, and client service teams as appropriate.
  • Validate that required client, product, billing, and documentation information is complete before submission.
  • Escalate delays, risks, client concerns, or unresolved dependencies when additional support is required.
Pricing, Billing & Deposit Support
  • Support preparation of pricing proposals, repricing requests, Deposit Pricing Models (DPM), Pricing Exception Tool (PET) requests, and waiver requests.
  • Gather required financial information and prepare clear supporting rationale for pricing and approval requests, with guidance as appropriate.
  • Assist with preliminary billing reviews, pricing validation, service setup review, and waiver-renewal tracking.
  • Help confirm that approved pricing, rates, services, and waivers are accurately reflected in client setup and billing.
  • Support accurate documentation and setup practices that reduce operational risk and rework.
Portfolio Management & Salesforce Discipline
  • Maintain accurate and timely Salesforce opportunities, call activity, notes, pipeline updates, and portfolio records.
  • Participate in portfolio review and pipeline discussions with Sales Officers and coverage partners.
  • Track client opportunities, implementation status, pricing renewals, waiver expirations, service changes, and account-maintenance requests.
  • Support preparation of portfolio reports, client trend analysis, and opportunity identification using available financial and transaction information.
  • Maintain current and complete client documentation in applicable systems and files.
  • Use available internal systems, prior examples, procedures, and job aids to research and validate information before submission or escalation.
Communication, Ownership & Execution
  • Take ownership of assigned work and maintain visibility from intake through completion.
  • Identify next steps, dependencies, risks, and required follow-up activities with guidance appropriate to experience level.
  • Manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
  • Communicate proactively when a deadline, client request, or implementation activity is at risk.
  • Ask timely, well-framed questions and apply prior coaching and available resources to new assignments.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams and contribute to a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and client focus.
Risk, Controls & Client Experience
  • Identify and escalation potential operational, compliance, documentation, implementation, or client-service risks.
  • Complete assigned work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, standards, and controls.
  • Support timely completion of AML/KYC, account-opening, implementation, and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain the accuracy and completeness of work products and self-review deliverables before submission.
