Job summary

You will manage client engagement, lead generation, and execution of implementation activities while ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal cash flow for clients. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in treasury management or related fields, with a Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in treasury management, financial operations or risk management in a corporate or banking environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.
• Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.

Responsibilities

• Applies consultative sales and relationship management practices to generate leads and close sales of treasury management and payment solutions for new and existing clients.
• Monitors implementation activities to ensure alignment with timelines and regulatory compliance.
• Builds and maintains strong long-term relationships with high-value clients and provides strategic financial solutions.
