Job summary

Bank of Montreal is seeking an Analyst for the Treasury & Payment Solutions (TPS) team in Chicago. You will provide sales, onboarding, portfolio management, analytical, and client support to VPs and Directors, coordinating requests, pricing, and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
CTP designation, progress toward CTP, or other treasury-related certification is an asset.
Experience in treasury management, cash management, banking, or client service is advantageous.
Strong organization and attention to detail with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Support Sales Officers and client requests to advance opportunities and onboarding.
Coordinate onboarding activities including AML/KYC, account opening, and service setup.
Prepare pricing proposals, pricing validation, and billing support with clear rationale.
Maintain Salesforce opportunities, activity, and portfolio records.
Communicate proactively, manage multiple priorities, and escalate risks as needed.
Ensure proper documentation and governance across processes.
