Job summary

Bank of America in New York is seeking a data-driven analyst for US Payments within the Global Digital Disbursements (GDD) Product team. You will own competitive intelligence, build executive-ready insights, and develop KPI frameworks to inform product strategy and investment decisions.

You will collaborate with Product, Operations, Technology, Digital Channels, Sales, and Risk to create dashboards and analyses, supporting planning and reporting while driving risk-aware decisions in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in large global financial institutions is a plus.
Experience with BI reporting and dashboards is desirable.

Responsibilities

Own competitive intelligence and market monitoring across digital payments and related ecosystems.
Produce executive-ready insights, analyses, and visualizations to inform product decisions.
Build business cases, financial models, and quantitative analyses to support strategy and investments.
Gather and synthesize Voice of Client feedback and stakeholder input.
Develop KPI frameworks and portfolio reporting for adoption and performance.
Support annual planning, management reporting, and ad hoc analyses with data-driven recommendations.
