Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CTP or CFA preferred.
• 5+ years of treasury experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proficiency with Kyriba and knowledge of cash management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payment processes across multiple rails (SWIFT, Fedwire, ACH).
• Oversee daily cash positioning and short-term liquidity forecasting.
• Optimize Treasury Management System and drive automation.
• Provide insights to senior management through ad-hoc reporting.
• Lead and mentor treasury professionals; foster high-performance environment.
